Where can I put it ?
Front yard, back yard, driveway, inside a Hall, at school, at the club, or even at someone else's house. Provided there is room and entry access we can set up anywhere. (permission must be obtained from local councils if you wish to set up a castle in a public park)
Can the castles go on concrete ?
As long as you let us know at the time of booking that won't be a problem. It is a good idea to have a predetermined site for your castle according to the required area space.
How long does it take to set up ?
Around 10 - 15 minutes depending on the site.
What happens if the weather is bad ?
All castles have a permanent sun and rain cover. If the weather is particularly bad, we may call you prior to delivery to discuss possible cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel, if in our opinion, the weather is not suitable. When the weather is borderline, we let you make the decision.
How much is delivery ?
Delivery starts at $20 ( see delivery prices at bottom of Jumping Castles & Adult Entertainment pages ). If you are out of this area please call or email us for a quote.
Can I move the equipment after you have gone ?
No, once in place, YOU MUST NOT MOVE OR ALTER THE EQUIPMENT. If you have any concerns, please evacuate the bouncy castle, switch off the power (if safe to do so), then call us immediately.
How is payment made and when ?
Payment can either be made by sending us a cheque 7 days prior, or direct deposit into our bank account. We also accept CASH payment to our driver on delivery. Personal cheques are NOT accepted on the day.
Do you have public liability insurance ?
Yes, we carry full public liability insurance, and have an outstanding safety record. Therefore we are covered for all types of functions from backyard parties to corporate functions. If required we can give you a copy of our certificate of currency.
Do you offer an attendant to supervise the kids ?
Yes, you may hire an attended Castle. This service and the cost of this service depend on the availability of an attendant.
